43 Station Hotel

This hotel was ok. Air conditioned and clean. Elevator to 3 rd floor was splitter to one elevator to 1st floor then exit to go another one for the 3rd floor . It was little hard specially when you have 6 suitcase as a family . Breakfast was good . Location also very close to Milan central station .

The property itself was fine . It was very convenient for the central station , a few minutes walk . Staff were very helpful and nice apart from the two girls who checked me and my family in .I booked this hotel about 7 months ago and I specifically asked for our two rooms to be either opposite or side by side . They gave us rooms on different floors and then went on to lie by telling us they didn’t two have triple rooms on one floor . I happen to walk into the opposite room where my children were and the cleaner was cleaning it because people had checked out . If they wanted to help us as a family of 6 they would have given this room to us , instead they offered us all to move to the 5th floor after our second day . This was very inefficient , very thoughtless and we didn’t appreciate being lied to .

We had a very comfortable 1 night stay in a family room (2 adults, 2children) at the hotel in April 2023. Really convenient location short walk from Milan Central station. Easy check in and helpful staff. Plenty of room in the bedroom with a large double and 2 single beds for children. Peaceful and quiet. Excellent breakfast. Also great local and quality food market/food court at Milan Centrale station which provided loads of choice for evening meal. Area was clean and felt safe. Definitely highly recommend.

Very convenient for one night stay for family of four in Milan. Efficient check-In. Very close to train station for easy connection. Breakfast service was very good and staff were friendly and professional.

Very clean , front desk staff are so helpful and nice, the restaurants that the recommended were excellent. There’s some really good family owned pizzerias in the area. Highly recommend if your in Milan.

It was okay until kids next door started to cry in the middle of the night. The walls are so thin that it felt like they were crying in our room.
