Hotel Continental Genova

We had the most wonderful experience here. Our family room was so spacious, it worked perfect. Loved having the N'espresso machine in our room. The jacuzzi's, breakfast were so wonderful. I swear it wa the best breakfast buffet I have ever had. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the port, was top notch. The bartender near the jacuzzi area was so nice and accommodating. I would stay here ten times over. We were on a three-week trip and just happened to stop in Genova and pick this hotel. I hope to come back someday!

This is our second time staying in this hotel. The first time it was just my husband and me, and this time our two children were with us. As is typical in Europe, the beds are twins pushed together, but it was adequate space for all of us and very comfortable. The rooms are beautiful with their marble accents and baths, plenty of amenities for our comfort, and the glass doors that open to bring in light and air (a marble railing at the doors, not a balcony) give it a final touch of elegance. The breakfasts had everything you could want in a European breakfast. You get to your floor either via the marble stairs or the wooden elevator which is fun in its novelty. The parking garage helped since we rented a car, and the walking distance to various points of interest in the main part of the city is very convenient.

Lovely family room for 2 adults and 2 children. Love the 3D wallpaper. Great location near the train station. Easy to walk to the sights and shops in Genova
