This is not a 5star Luxury hotel. My kids changed their room two times as wifi was not working in those rooms. We had to change our room as well as it was very hot in the room as A/C was not working in the hotel. The breakfast does not worth the price you pay.

My family & I stayed in mid-August - nice experience. However, they overcharged me for the stay, weeks later the mistake has yet to be fixed - the hotel acknowledges they need to pay the refund. And I have had to chase them several times. This is not good customer service.

Despite booking rooms for 2 adults and 2 children, the hotel charged me extra because they said I only had one person booked in each room. This is very intimidating when in a foreign country.
