Excellent service. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Cappuccino and expresso were delicious. Room was clean and spacious enough for family of 4. Great location close to taxi stand and water refill thing.

My second time staying at this hotel. The location was perfect for me, Spanish steps, Pantheon and Trevi fountain within a 10 minute walk, Colosseum 25 minute walk. Prime location for all the shops too. The staff are extremely accommodating and friendly and offer such a personable service. The breakfast is in a small room and they offer a varied selection of breakfasts, note the breakfast room can fill up so you may have to wait until there is space, but generally do not have to wait long. Also, note the hotel is located on the 2 top floors within the building. The large family room I first stayed in is on the first floor and the double room I stayed in is on the 2nd floor which leads onto the terrace you see in the pictures. Would most definitely stay there again, and have recommended to friends and family.

I booked this hotel for a short stay with my niece for her 12th birthday. The hotel was recently renovated and our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Hotel is close to the main tourist sites and we didn’t even need to use public transportation during our stay. It is a family run hotel and it shows in the way they treat their guests; all staff members were very kind and quick to respond. Even the 12-year old noted she liked the staff. There’s a nice terrace on the 5th floor which can be accessed after 9:00 a.m. The only unpleasant experience we had and a slight dent in our trip to Rome was a late night private transfer from the airport arranged for us. Having an exhausted 12-year old child in tow, I wanted her to have a seamless experience. I used this service in many countries and this was the first time I did not have a great experience. The hotel arranged the transfer and there was a person at the reception desk waiting for our very late arrival, which was much appreciated. Unfortunately, the driver didn’t have my name displayed, so we couldn’t find him after our arrival. Then he didn't know where the hotel was and drove us around several times in the middle of the night. I wholeheartedly recommend the hotel, but I wouldn’t opt for private transfer next time and just use FreeNow app to call a taxi.

We had 2 rooms for our family of 4 and stayed 4 nights in August. Great location close to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and main sights in central Rome. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast in the morning was just right with enough selection and made a great start to the day. Andrea at the front desk was fantastic, always greeted us with a smile and willing to help us with whatever we needed. The hotel is on the 4th floor and a bit tricky to find at first. Would definitely recommend to those looking for a small boutique hotel close to all the sites in Rome.

Andrea was amazing! He made us feel like family. The rooms were clean and quaint. Perfect location to everything. We loved our time at your hotel. Highly recommend.

The best location, everything is about a 15-30 minutes walk. Awesome, helpful and friendly staff. They really take good care of their guests. We will stay here again and I highly recommend it to friends and family.

This hotel is in the perfect location. It is clean and beautiful and safe! When traveling with kids especially, safety is a must! Andrea, is the kindest man. He was there every evening and morning and was so helpful, polite, kind and patient. Truly a class act. We will stay here again!!!

READ THIS REVIEW: In my years of traveling I have never felt compelled to write reviews, however that was until I stayed at this hotel. The location is perfect right in the middle of Rome within walking distance of almost all the major attractions. The room quality is great as well with a nice breakfast that is included, however what drove me to write this review is the incredible staff and specifically manager of this hotel. Andrea (manager) and his staff made sure every need was taken care of, and they went above and beyond what was expected. At the end of our trip Rome saw some turbulent days with regards to taxi strikes, and my fiancé and I worried that we would have no way to get to the airport. Andrea spent the night calling his personal contacts to see if there was any way to get us a driver for our early trip out of Rome, and after many rejections from drivers for fear of crossing the picket line, he was able to secure us transport. I will be forever grateful for how he and his staff treated us like family. Without a doubt I will be staying at this hotel again whenever I find myself in Rome and if you’re reading this review you should as well!

My mother and two grandkids (16) spent 5 nights at the hotel and enjoyed it. It was clean, comfortable, in an excellent location. The hotel staff was very helpful.
