Hotel is in a great area with an easy walk to the metro. The views from the hotel rooftop bar are amazing and cocktails are definitely delicious although pricey. Overall the price point to stay/eat/drink in this hotel is too expensive for a family. Best for couples.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind! Madeline, the breakfast staff was super friendly and very accommodating!! The hotel provides a delicious high quality breakfast and super kind staff to accommodate every palate, especially our children’s. We really enjoyed our stay at Palazzo. This is a very nice boutique hotel that is very well located, and you can easily walk everywhere. Whether you are traveling to Rome for shopping or tourism the location is great. From the moment we arrived and were invited to have a welcome drink at the bar, during breakfast in the mornings, until our departure, everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Traveled with family and stayed at the room with bed and sofa bed and the room was very nice and had a great spacious bathroom. Would definitely recommend it.

This is a top quality hotel in the best location. The hotel is exceptionally clean and modern. The scent in the hotel is fabulous. Quick and efficient check in. Courteous and helpful staff. Breakfast area was nice and quiet each morning we were there. Staff were good to quickly replenish items as necessary and they offered to make hot chocolate for our children much to their delight! Beds were extremely comfortable with a good selection of pillows in the room. The bathroom was amazing with double marble sinks and lots of places to leave personal items. Nice hot powerful shower. The location of the hotel was excellent as it was only a few minutes to walk to the Spanish Steps. Great shopping area on Via del Babuino and also Via Del Corso just around the Corner from the Piazza Del Popolo. We could walk to all the famous landmarks from the hotel. It is located on a lovely safe and busy street. There is a souvenir kiosk and a Carrefour Express just down the street from the hotel. Plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance also. Do not leave without paying a visit to the rooftop terrace bar on the fifth floor. This has to be the best kept secret in Rome! We watched the sunset and the then the lights of the city coming on. Excellent barman who made great cocktails! The staff called a taxi for us to go to the airport and kept watch for it for us. All staff were helpful and attentive during our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was a fantastic experience for us.
