Hotel della Conciliazione

Wonderful service!! Location was super convenient!! Walking distance to the Vatican and just across the street restaurant and shopping! Breakfast was delicious and the staff was outstanding!! All our family love the stay at this hotel!! Highly recommended!!

Excellent concierge! Very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spotless and very well equipped, especially for the price. Lots of restaurants right outside which is super convenient if looking for an easy bite (though very touristy in terms of quality). Neighborhood felt very safe walking around at night with our young child. Overall excellent hotel and would love to stay here again!

The staff was amazing: super friendly, very accommodating to our young kids (2 toddlers), and answered all of questions with no issues. The room was clean and comfortable; maybe a little cramped b/c we added an extra single bed for the kids. But, we had an unexpected patio area which was a great for the kids to run around. Cons - The half-tub glass door leaked water like crazy when you showered. Granted there was a drain in the center of the floor, but I still had to "mop up" with a towel after every bath. Solved by about 15Euro with a shower rod & curtain. Minor issue - No street parking, but for 28Euro a day there was a parking garage around the corner with a super nice attendee. Good Wifi in the room.
