We had a family suite, which included a bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed, an additional small bedroom with a twin bed (separated with a door), and a seating area with two chairs and a table by the entry door (separated from bedrooms by a corridor including bathroom and toilet). For a family of four, the size of the suite was very spacious, the AC was very good, and cleanliness was great. The overall services in the hotel, both front desk and breakfast area, were wonderful and made us feel like they are going out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Location was very close and walkable to everything in the old center.

We booked online and selected a deluxe room for couple and child because it showed two separate beds and not a sofa bed. This room cost more and we were given a room with one bed and two sofa beds. Not what we were expecting especially after paying more. Hotel itself was clean and breakfast had a very good selection.

From the moment we arrived till we checked out we felt cared for and respected. Our room was accessible and comfortable. The location is worth the price of the stay! To be so close such history and beauty! The morning colazione(breakfast) was our family favorite. The cappuccino were amazing. We will be back in 2024 and we're staying here again.
