I was there last week. I didn’t like the area around the hotel. I didn’t like the hotel. It wasn’t clean enough the walls dirty. I don’t really recommend to go that hotel especially with the family.

people who works there are really friendly. But the problem is we were not able to close the bathroom door :( They tried to fix it but they could not . I stayed in a room with my family and I was not able to close the bathroom door. Room was small but could be better. Breakfast was nice. Apart from that to be honest, I did not like the rooms.

Firstly the service I received in making contact with the hotel before arrival was excellent. Our flight arrival was midnight and as agreed our taxi was there to take us to the hotel. Very pleasant gentleman. The room was very spacious and clean. The location was perfect right in front of the station and walking distance to collect the Big Bus tour. My family and I walked from Colosseum back to hotel, which was about 20mins. Flavia provided excellent customer service with arranging the surprise for my husband in our room. I will definitely return

Hotel is excellent - had a family room which was very spacious. Breakfast is basic but ample. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable regarding the area. The hotel is 5mins (at most) walk from The Termini - the area of which looks questionable due to the amount of graffiti but we experienced no problems walking around. The hotel is 20mins walk to the Collessium. We walked to most places with ease - there are tour buses if you prefer. The metro station is at the Termini if you prefer to take the train. The hotel organised a transfer from the airport by taxi (60 euros) which we took advantage of as our plane landed late at night. Returning to the airport was simple to arrange by train direct from the Termini (14 euros each).

The location was exactly what we needed, good for transport options and close walking distance to tourist attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were helpfuĺ and friendly. It was a great experience for our family.

We were a family of six stayed in sep 22. Booked a hotel shuttle to pick us which never arrived, I tried ask why but was not answered. Shower was leaking. plugs coming of the wall. no kettle in room. no bar facility. Breakfast was basic. Patio area was closed after breakfast. Good location but the hotel is dated.

I stayed with my family (three of us) and room was large and comfortable for us. And the location was excellent and we were able to access to a lot of places to see by public transportation and even on foot.
