Hotel Pupetto

We had to spend a quick one night and catch a 5:45 am taxi to Naples for a train to Venice. They were super accommodating… had a breakfast snack ready at 5 am… made cappuccinos to go and had our bags pre brought up by porters up the stairs where the taxi picked them up before picking us up a bit down the road. Loved the service. Being On the beach was awesome. We had an ocean view family room And was totally worth it.

In first few days of our stay, Pupetto placed us in an unacceptable room, situated in front of the beach club and a makeshift basketball court. It was noisy all day and evening long, due to music playing, kids shouting and basketballs hitting the pavement. While our room did have a ‘sea view, it was a poor one with mostly a view of the metal roof of the beach club. We requested a room change but the manager said they were completely full thru weekend (we arrived on Friday). They said the rate we paid did not entitle us to a better room. We paid for a more expensive sea view room back in November when we made the reservation. After multiple requests, they did finally move us into a better room on Sunday thru our Tuesday morning departure. It’s unfortunate that the first few days of our stay there were unpleasant and noisy. While they did finally come thru a better room, it would have been better if we had been put in a proper sea view room from the beginning.

Great place! Great staff! Great Experience! The location couldn't be any better! The beach is private and has everything you need. The food from Pupettos restaurant was 5 stars and too good to be true. The rooms are clean and bright. Me and my family enjoyed the Pupetto Hotel and we are dying to go back!!

A lovely family run hotel with very freindly and helpful staff. The room was exceptionally clean at all times.
