This hotel was beautiful and had access to Netflix and YouTube which was great for my kids. Every room has a balcony with a beautiful view. Si worth it!

My husband and I met my family in Positano for a one night stay. The staff were so accommodating and helpful when we checked in, and the room was fantastic! The view was breathtaking, and my husband and I agreed we needed to come back for a longer stay at Positano Art Hotel. With convenient location for drop off along with proximity to the city center, it is the perfect place to stay in Positano!

This hotel was amazing on every level. They rescued my daughter and i from other accomodation that was a travellers nightmare and could not do enough to help us. The staff had a mercedes pick us up and take us to this beautiful hotel. On entry we were greeted like family and only wish we could stay longer. Location was aweome not too many stairs to town. I would eccomend this to any traveller.

The front desk and dining area staff were very nice and helpful. The owner/manager was not helpful and never around. I wanted to speak to the owner but they would not allow it. I needed to leave our reservation a day early due to a family emergency and he would not give me a credit, not even a partial credit. I never got to explain to him myself how upset i was. We had to leave due to my fathers illness and nothing was done by Expedia or the manager at the hotel. We tried for 3 days for help and nothing was done. Do NOT stay here.

Wonderful staff--Tony at the front desk was very helpful and a funny guy! Our room had a great balcony with lovely ocean views. The room was spacious enough for our family of 4. There were several good restaurants (not tourist traps) within easy walking distance of the hotel. Anyone visiting Positano should note that the town is built into a cliff so there are a lot of stairs (or the winding road) to get up and down into the village.
