A family hotel with very kind and helpful staff, specially thanks to night-shift receptionist Soheil. Nice and clean location with lots of great quality restaurants in walking distance and away from all the noise in the central area.

A exceptional, lovely family owned and managed hotel. Modern and extremely comfortable with personal and helpful service. In an excellent and quiet location in walking distance of major sites and museums etc.

The family staff was willing to assist us with recommendations to printing our boarding passes and everything in between. Great location with easy walk to the water and many fine restaurants.

A lovely friendly family hotel in an excellent part of Naples for restaurants, shops and sights. Rooms are modern and clean, the WiFi is excellent and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Don’t waste time searching elsewhere, get a room here if you can.

A great location for exploring Naples. Lovely family run hotel with a boutique feel. Very spacious room. Single beds in the twin room were a little narrow but mattresses were comfortable. Breakfast nice and traditional but some fresh fruits would have been a welcome addition as it was all very calorific. Service was excellent; personal and attentive but not fussy or overbearing.

Hotel Rex is a family owned hotel since 1927 and it definitely shows in the maintenance and super friendly staff. The facility is located close to the harbor and has many local dining options. Breakfast each morning was wonderful with local specialties and pastries served along with cereal and fruit. The hotel is also only a 15-20 walk from local attraction like Galleria Umberto and the Ovo Castle. It was a safe neighborhood and we didn't feel anxious being out at night (of course we were usually back at the hotel by 11 pm since we were tired from sightseeing). The rooms were good sized and had great air conditioner which was important due to the unusually hot weather.
