Luxury Villa Excelsior Parco

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Excelsior Parco! The hotel is beautiful with amazing views and close to everything. The room was big and clean with a relaxing balcony. The hotel provided free transportation to and from the port and main square that was very helpful and convenient. The breakfast everyday was amazing in a beautiful garden setting. There is so many amazing qualities of this hotel but the staff is the real gem! They immediately welcome you as family and you really feel their care throughout your stay. Gaia and Gianpiero are so attentive and caring. They make sure that your time in Capri is incredible and everything you dreamed it would be—and they made it happen! Peppe, was like an old family friend -his warm smile each morning at breakfast was always a nice way to start the day… in addition to the delicious breakfast and coffee him and his staff provided. Buddika and Marco were both so helpful and worked hard to make sure your experience was always wonderful. A truly remarkable hotel !

Wonderful staff. Lovely room. Felt spoiled staying here. Good breakfast. Staff very helpful and accommodating. great car service into town. Helped us even after check out with ferry tickets and transportation to ferry. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend the hotel to other travelers. Exceeded my expectations and my families.
