A well located hotel near Dublin City centre theatres, shops and tourist attractions. Friendly staff, a lovely breakfast and a clean spacious room. Couldn’t ask for more and I will be back with my family.

Positives. The hotel was beautiful. Dinner was tasty. Breakfast was very delicious and Bruno on the hot food counter was excellent! We used swimming pool and it was nice, changing rooms very cold (17 degrees on a/c). Good location, easy to reach everything. Pub is right next to the hotel. Park 5 min walk from the hotel. Negatives. We booked a standard family room. When we came into the room it seemed clean, but hot inside. I opened the window and it was so noisy! We couldn’t find a/c so I contacted the reception. To which we were told that no rooms have a/c in. I explained that I have a small child and it is very noisy from the main road. I asked if we could have a room facing away from the main road. To which I was told that all family rooms are facing the main road and they are fully booked, so there are no rooms to be moved to. I wasn’t going to stay there because we are light sleepers, especially our little one and he needs to sleep. We were offered to speak to the manager. Somehow they found us another room on the 5th floor. We went to look around and the room seemed comfortable and quieter than the previous one (upgraded room). It was nice of the manager to try to solve our problem. Unfortunately I didn’t sleep at all due to the noise. I would say this hotel isn’t suitable for the families. Unless you live in the city and this noise is a normal thing for you. Unfortunately we wouldn’t stay here again.

Really nice rooms. Had family room for 3 people. No fridge, which would have been nice, but everything else was excellent. Pool and hot tub were definite favorite. Right by a fantastic pub - The Bleeding Horse. Breakfast is not included, but rate for kids is decent ($7.50), and it is very good. There is a bus stop to/from the airport (bus #16) right by the hotel which makes travel incredibly convenient, as well.

Fantastic stay. Lovely designed hotel with a gorgeous pool area, including a shallow pool for babies and toddlers. Very comfortable, cosy and clean, with friendly staff. It was also very close to the town centre, Dublin castle and St Patrick's Cathedral. The only issue we had was that the restaurant at the hotel was very overpriced, with average food (over 100 euros for 2 adults and a toddler), but the staff in the restaurant were lovely, welcoming and very polite.
