Booked family room for me and 11yr old and 14yr old i can safely say its the biggest room we ever had.

Hotel is extremely noisy. Didn’t get any sleep on both nights. Manager unable to deal with drunk Gaelic team parents in reception. Meanwhile, children running up and down corridor banging on other guests doors. I thought it was illegal for children to be in the bar at 2am in Ireland. Complained on several occasions but nothing done nor apology offered until I complained with other guests. Soft close needs to be placed on doors. No air conditioning in rooms either. Will not be back. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Hotel wasn't overly busy at this time but very understaffed, we actually could hear the staff bickering about issues among themselves. When i went to pay for our dinner the gentleman wasn't able to work the till so i had to wait for someone else. At 8 am on the Monday morning workmen started work outside which was extremely noisy and especially annoying. We were a family of 10 and we all agreed we wouldn't return
