We booked online and when we arrived there was an issue, the hotel was overbooked and they didn't have enough beds for our group. Eva at the front desk worked some magic and moved somethings around and we were able to stay at the hotel. The room was amazing. Eva even helped us get a table for dinner, as two tour buses had just arrived and our kids were tired. She and Elvis set us up with a table and Elvis gave us great service. The meal was excellent. Trim was by far the best hotel and dining experience we had in Ireland. Every employee we encountered was kind and helpful.

Very good hotel. Staff were lovely and restaurant was very nice with very good meals and great service. Would definitely recommend to family and friends
