The Savoy Hotel

My family arrived on Christmas Eve. The hotel was beautiful. Checking in was extremely loud due to the amount of people. Bruno was the man and helped with everything! During our stay, we had the tell the hotel there was no hot water. The hot tub was at most, kind of warm. Could not find any pool towels. Our view from the 4th floor was some trashy old buildings and roofs. I ordered dessert from the bar downstairs, they forgot the ice cream, then the vanilla anglaise, then the utensils, then the crackers for the cheese. And now i have melted ice cream. I have not been to many 5⭐️ hotels, but I dont feel this should be. But it was Christmas and not much was open. The hotel was beautiful and nice rooms and located in a shopping area, but would Recommend a good ole B&B for a cheaper price and use the extra $ for experiences.

Our family of four stayed in a family suite which was very convenient. We also enjoyed access to the snack room and liked the pool.

We really liked this hotel. Not sure if we got the room we booked or got an upgrade but our room was on 8th floor over looking the river and was a big family room. Big king bed in main part with couch and desk and TV and then a small room off of it with 2 twin beds. Staff was really friendly and helpful. We’d definitely stay again.

My family and I really enjoyed the stay. The suite was very comfortable for 4 people, with complementary Nespresso Vertuo coffee, mineral water, tea and biscuits. The gyms is well equipped for short stay workouts but unmanned pool and jacuzzi spa very missing of towels and there was an intense smell of bleach probably not properly rinsed. Breakfast is a rich in options must try experience.

Met with family we had never met before. Staff was extremely accommodating, setting up seating in the dining room for us. Very friendly atmosphere. Rooms clean, large and comfortable. Very enjoyable stay.

From when we exited the car and entering the lobby, we were treated like family. Mike, the concierge, was extremely friendly and helpful. We will return again.

We were disappointed with the small pool for the kids, couldn't fault any staff member, room was outdated and dirt under the bed and sofa had stains on it, I was expecting more to be honest for a 5 star

Excellent service with good local recommendations. Free upgrade to junior suite, which was huge, comfortable, and beautifully appointed.

A relatively new 5-star hotel in downtown area. The junior suite is very spacious with living, dining areas and office table. Bathroom is huge with shower and tube, all are very well appointed and very comfortable. So satisfied with the stay!
