We stayed just the one night and the experience was overall very good. The breakfast was very good, nice options. Good selection of beers. The only issue I would have is there was no Aircon in the room .. The room was super hot.. Special mention to Isla at Reception, she was great and she made our kids feel very welcoming..

The staff is friendly and nice. The room was spacious enough and very clean. But the mattress was very uncomfortable (and I'm not very picky about mattresses, actually it was the first time I had a bad sleep night because of the mattress). Some families with children were very noisy in the halls until quite late, but that's not the hotel's fault.
