Harmoni One Convention Hotel & Service Apartments

We stay in this hotel so many times since open. The hotel design nice like Palace. Corridor nice n have seimming Pool for kids. The room quite big. Only the bed/mattress not so comfortable now. The room service is good/nice n reasonable price. The breakfast is not so good now. Especially weekend always same menu. Hopefully can improve the menu breakfast. Recommended

We had a great stay at the hotel. The hotel was beautiful and majestic. Lobby was spacious. Hotel staff were friendly and approachable. Parking was easy as my cousin drove and parked at the basement car park. The welcome juice was nice but too sweet for me though. It was fuss free to get into our room as there were no one else checking in other than us at that time, around 12-1noon. The room itself was nice and perfect fit for a family of 4. (We took the Junior suite). The bath tub was a pleasant treat for us especially for the kids. The TV was in the middle of the room which was a bit odd but the ample space made it up for us. We requested for another bed, which came very fast and was nicely setup within minute. Overall, definitely worth to stay especially if you want a nice, cosy and romantic stay in Batam. The pool was relaxing too. Will definitely come to Harmoni One again! Great job to the hotel staff.

Excellent hotel with good service. Would recommend to friends and family

Overall the hotel is good. Quite huge and spacious. Sadly, the rooms are not as spacious as the hotel itself. Lobbies are more spacious. But rooms are good with good facilities. The only bad part was the carpets (including rooms). They seriously need a cleaning. Breakfast was good too. Very close to Batam centre and there is a mall nearby too. The Swimming pool is good, its good for kids as it has a kids pool too. There is a jacuzzi as well.
