The staff was great, we enjoyed to stay Visesa Ubud. It is also great for kids. One of the cons is the hotel is far away from ubud center it is not 13 min walk, it is 13 min by a car

The hotel was absolutely filled woth creaming children and group tours. I couldn’t have breakfast. The staff seemed angry under the smiles and maybe were also fed up with tourism .

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and surrounded with lush green plantations. On the back side of hotel there is a beautiful rice plantation. The manager and the staffs provide excellent service and goes above and beyond. Definitely a 5 star out 5. Will definitely recommend this hotel to family and coworkers

Our welcome reception was surprisingly awesome-we received a blessing and some refreshing drink…our air conditioner broke the first night but the staff fixed problem the next morning…we rode the bikes…the landscape of the hotel is so relaxing and beautiful…I will definitely recommend this property to family and friends…
