W Bali - Seminyak - CHSE Certified

The entrance to the hotel is very impressive. The room was really good spacious and comfortable. It was a bit disappointing that in the description it said beautiful garden experience or room on the 3rd floor looked straight onto the ugly roof of the gym. I think if the roof had fake grass and some plants it would have been ok. I asked to be moved to a ground floor room that opened into the garden. This wasn’t possible until the 3rd day but this was very nice. The hotel communal space s were very trendy and nice. The pool was quite dirty and the areas that had white tiles were green with algae. I was surprised at the number of children in the hotel and the lack of an adults only pool. I am afraid the screaming and yelling detracted from our enjoyment. I thought the brand was more adult orientated.

Room is extremely spacious with two queen sized beds for myself and my two children. Bose speakers, excellent rain shower. Grounds are immaculate and the jewel of the crown is the pool area which just invites you to relax with the cosy palm trees providing great shade. Service is top notch from when you arrive, can't fault. Buffet breakfast is also excellent with many options you can order from the menu also. Well done W!

We had very nice 3 days at W Seminyak as we stayed at villa with pool which was amazing with kids. We loved also that cool vibe the hotel has, friendly staff and good food. This was just what we needed, easy chill time with family. At Brunch they had organized some sort of a kids corner, so that adults could enjoy for a moment as well, which was super nice! even tho oblivious the hotel isn’t fully kids oriented, but that was fine for us. The only issue we had was over priced mini bar 375ml (bad) white wine bottle > after taxes over 700 000 RP 😱, and as we know, these are always rip offs but this was something different 😅! Anyway, overall just an amazing, accommodating place, we will surely go again!!

It was a pleasant stay at the W hotel with my family. The breakfast is good, the people are friendly, the beach are clean.

Overall stay was very good and the service and support staff at W hotel is so courteous. They made us felt like family. Recommend to go without hesitation
