Dear Hotel Manager Anantara Uluwatu Bali Resort Jl. Pemutih, Labuan Sait, Uluwatu, Kuta Sel., Kabupaten Badung, Bali Indonesia Dear Hotel Manager I am writing to express my disappointment with our recent stay at Anantara Uluwatu. We chose your 5-star resort for a luxurious family holiday, but several issues marred our experience. We faced multiple problems in our 3-bedroom pool villa: A broken refrigerator. A foul odor in the room adjacent to the master bedroom, which remained unresolved despite technician visits. A non-functional doorbell, causing disturbances and waking our child at night. A distressing incident where a crab, found in our room and intended to be returned to the sea by your staff, was neglected and died. These issues made our stay uncomfortable and far below the standard expected from a luxury hotel. We felt like inspectors rather than guests, and the overall experience was highly disappointing. We hope you address these concerns to prevent future guests from experiencing similar disappointments. Sincerely, Aniwat

No buggy car service, if you with child or old parents, better not choose the ocean front suites and above. The service is EXCELLENT, thanks to all the team/staffs of anantara for the best service. Hotel location is Great for the honeymooners who choose stay in the room, but if you want to go out to visit other places, its not really recommend.

We were upgraded upon arrival to a massive villa, which was lovely. The view was incredible and the faciltiies good. No kidding about the stairs - lots of stairs around the property, be aware of this! Reasons I did not give this 5 stars: Wifi was bad in our villa. We had an issue with yellow/brown water coming out of the sink the first day. It was addressed but it was rather jarring. Cabs that the hotel arranged were expensive. The road that leads up to the hotel should be more walkable, with some lights and perhaps a pathway. There is an opportunity for the hotel to develop a beach deeck similar to Ulu Cliffhouse, as they have an amazing space for it. The beach area is massive and beautiful. They should try to make use of it! There were some interesting things about the villa - we couldn't make the sound system work, there were no hand towels in the kitchen or living room bathroom, no silverware in the kitchen either. Pool area never got any sun. Otherwise we had a great stay and staff was nice

The room is very large. But all the infrastructures in the room are very old and shabby. I was very impressed by the moldy telephone and small mirror in the bathroom. The toilet is not functioning very well. Poor quality with this price. The room is basically open and a lot of rooms on the same level. The downstairs is the other people’s pool. They start to swimming with kids and play music at 7 am. Wholly xxxx! It’s just like they are in the same room with you. The glass door is useless.
