Candi Beach Resort and Spa - CHSE Certified

The comfiest bed that I slept in during 3 weeks of travelling around Indonesia. Slept like a baby to the sounds of the ocean. I had an ocean bungalow with a great view of the beach and had outside seating. The room itself was fairly simple and some of the furniture looked a bit worn but the bathroom was large with a fab shower and was clean. My room had a (locked) interconnecting door and I could hear my neighbour talking but maybe he was just loud ?! Pillows, bed linen and towels clean and fresh. Bedside lamps would have been nice (rather than harsh ceiling downlighting). Great spa - wonderful massages by Chandra. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh with a huge choice and egg station for omelettes etc. Evening meals and drinks quite expensive by Indonesian prices but quality of the food and selection was excellent. A few nearby warrungs if you want to eat elsewhere. Pool areas clean and sunbeds comfortable with parasols and towels. Waitress service for drinks and snacks around pool areas. All the staff were lovely. Overall a great stay and I would definitely return.

This place was a dream come true for our family - two teens and parents. If you want a spot to relax in beauty and serenity, this is it. The staff were so friendly and kind, the buffet breakfast was delish and the location with the view of the sea was gorgeous. The three pool options and the beach meant there was always somewhere to be. There are some cute resturants and a few other places to visit around the resort too. We stayed four nights and just adored every moment.

It was unforgettable stay. Thanks to every staff at Candi Beach Resort for making it likewise, We felt at home. The whole team treated us like family. The hotel location and views are amazing. All details are taken care of.

We loved it here!! Stunning views, amazing food, and the best part: the most genuine and welcoming staff! Everyone made sure we were comfortable and having a good time. Our stay at Candidasa Resort was one of the nicest stays and resorts we have ever been to. We have travelled to Maldives, Mauritius, Greek Islands, Thailand, across Bali through Nusa Lembongan, Lombok, Gili Trawangan, Nusa Dua, and Dubai. Candidasa Resort was one of the MOST well kept and prestine hotels we have EVER stayed at. Absoultely immaculate kept grounds. The restaurants are abit pricey, but the food was amazing. The breakfast was top of the class, expecially sitting right next to the sea in the morning enjoying a cup of coffee. The pools and sea are beautiful and clean and so welcoming. Service was excellent. The sight seeing around Candidasa at the temples and water palaces etc.etc. was the best we enjoyed throughout Bali. We would definitely recommend This resort and would love to return anytime we could!! The rooms were very clean and spacious with a beautiful sea and pool view, bathrooms were extremely nice and very comfortable. Only 1 problem was the smoke that would come through the resort early morning in a haze from burning things nearby. This would happen every morning and was terrible to smell and make my family cough. But other than this the resort was one of the BEST resorts we have EVER stayed at in our travels around the world and comes highly recommended by my family!

My wife and I stayed here for 8 days from 30th June 2015. The resort style hotel is located in a large parkland style location with a very attractive white sand beach. There was building work being carried out and one of the two pools was unavailable but this was no problem. The Balinese cottage style room was adequately spacious, clean and very comfortable with a lovely king size bed and a pleasant bathroom. The available infinity swimming pool and children's pools near the beach were great and there were plenty of sun loungers and towels. The restaurant served an included Asian/International style buffet breakfast , all day snacks and light meals and cocktails, and a generally Balinese/Indonesian oriented a la carte menu in the evening with a few standard International style dishes. Food and service was of a high standard and service was friendly and helpful. The hotel provided a regular shuttle to Candi Dasa for free (about 2km) and drivers were readily available if necessary for this journey (about 60,000IDR) for a ride to Candi Dasa and a pickup to return. The massage available from the hotel spa was of a good standard but obviously it came at premium prices being based in the hotel. All in all a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, friendly enthusiastic staff.

Candi Beach Resort is beautiful; right on the water with two pools. Breakfadt was delicious with a great spread and freshly made eggs, pancakes and waffles. The staff are very friendly, so hospitable and made our stay wonderful. I was with a friend and I will def come back with my family. Perfect for a friends or family trip. Highly recommend Candi Beach Resort
