Amazing service! Staff very friendly and ready to help any time. Great swimming pool and bar. The food was great and yummy! I would recommend to friends and family.

We loved everything about our stay at the Marriott each member of staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us and our family. Honestly could not fault this hotel at all and so glad we stayed there. Thanks again

Room: The bed and pillows were pretty comfortable. And the room was spacious enough for a couple and a 3yo. Plenty of space to hoard food. It came with a balcony which doesn't have any furniture. We didn't spend time there but it came in handy to dry our swim clothes. Toilet: The toilet was my least favourite part of my stay. The water flooded while showering before subsiding. Another thing that affected me that may not matter to others is that the door to the toilet can't be fully open when the glass door to the shower area is closed. Service: Whatever the hotel lacked, it made up with excellent service, exceeding my expectations. Every single staff member we encountered displayed such great attitude and that always started our day well. Swimming pool: Hands down our favourite part of our stay. We spent time in the pool every day of our 5-day stay. The kids' pool was so accessible to our daughter who generally is scared of water. It was such a relief and much-needed rest. The adult pool was also comfortable. There were two floating bean bags in the pools which we had fun with as well. Location: It was very convenient to order food from and travel from with most Gojek rides costing us the minimum of 21,000 IDR. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. It was very worth it!

The whole staff was outstanding!!!! I can’t remember the receptionist’s name who initially checked us in, but it was something like ?Neeta and they were completely attentive to our needs! We stayed in their I think ?junior suite (with the jacuzzi). We stayed for our honeymoon last Nov 2022. They treated us like royalty and we felt so special throughout our whole stay. They definitely give fresh toiletries daily. We loved that almost everywhere in Bali including the hotel had halal food. I would recommend ordering from their menu, although we only purchased from it once throughout the 11 or so days that we were there. The only recommendation I have is to please consider having a microwave for each room, because although their kitchen was willing to heat up our food for us, their kitchen also closes at 10, and is a bit of a hassle to have to do this every time. Other than that we had such a blast that we are still missing it till this day and would love to come back to this hotel in a heartbeat! Terimah kasi to the Fairfield Marriot legian staff!!! Great hotel, good rooms. Amazing service. We went as a big family and had 3 king rooms booked. 6 adults and 2 kids. We had an amazing time. Breakfast: Good spread. Enough vegetarian options for my parents. Chef wayan went out of his way to look after us. All staff were extremely helpful. Best part for me was the proper coffee that was included in the breakfast. We had a early morning day trip planned and if you order a day before, you can get a packed breakfast. My tip though would be if you have tume, go in the mroning and pack food yourself as then you can choose what to pack. The packed breakfast they provided wasnt as great as the usual spread. Pool: Decent size pool with a swim up bar. We had a few good cocktails here. Also serving coffees, shakes and hot chocolates (for the kids). Cant drink the hot chocolate in the pool but kids enjoyed nonetheless. Only con being no sun, and thus pool was a bit cold. Restaurant: We didnt eat other meals at the restaurants much, but few times ordered room service for the kids. Pizzas etc were decent enough. They did have a bbq on one of the days. Service: As mentioned before, the service was the best part. Sam at the teception and chef wayan were extremely helpful throughput the stay. Nothing was too much and they went out of the way to make us feel welcome. Location: This is the only con as this place is not walkable to anywhere. Cant walk to beach, or general shops, restaurants but is a 5 min drive everywhere.
