We had a pleasant stay at The Haven. Had a few hiccups on our first night, we were placed in a slightly outdated room (one that didn’t quite match the photos we saw when we booked. Apparently we had chosen a Standard 2 bedroom suite which was not clarified by Expedia at the time of booking). The room was at the very back of the property that had a few items missing ie kitchen utensils and was not quite clean as we had hoped for. Called up and the staff were very helpful and quick to rectify our issues. We asked to change rooms and they were more than happy to move us to a more updated (and much cleaner) Premier room the very next day. This room matched the photos when we booked but apparently was slightly more expensive - thank you Expedia for not using the correct photos …….. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Always greeting us and making sure everything was ok. A bit of a walk to reception if you are staying at the very back of the property. The pool at the back is also slightly cold due to it being in the shade for most parts of the day - but it is far more quieter than the front pool if you have kids. Close to the hustle and bustle - which has its pros and cons. Pros: close to shops, food and attractions & Cons: you can pretty much hear noise late at night (guests coming home from their night out and not very good at keeping the noise down - which isn’t the hotel’s fault). Food was great. Breakfast buffets had a good selection as well.

The Haven is amazing, we couldn't fault anything about the property, have stayed there before and will again, have recommended it to family and friends who also loved The Haven Regards Carol

Have stayed many times and the service is really good. Rooms are very nice and food is great. Only thing missing is a kids club.

All staff are very helpful in assisting your need. I find the Haven very much to my liking and would recommend it to my family and friends

This hotel was fantastic! The family suite was extremely affordable and was huge! The staff were so helpful and friendly and the kids absolutely loved the daily buffet breakfast. The Asian Dinner Buffet was also very tasty and good value! The pools were lovely, but the decking could do with replacing in many areas. This hotel was very central to everything and there were drivers that were only too happy to help out with any transport requests.

We would never stay there again, where do we begin. Dirty, ants crawling over breakfast, fridge not working, safe not working, noise from the street night club in the room, cost cutting with food, extremely late check in with family guests, eye rolling from staff when we wanted to check in with 5 rooms so inconvenient, electricity flicking on & off couldn't use air con not good in Bali. This hotel shouldn't be rated 4 stars or even be listed on your site, never again! We moved 2 doors up and stayed in some beautiful villa's.

Stayed with our one year old in a one bedroom apartment. The room had everything we need and we had a portacot provided which was so, so appreciated. The staff are all so beautiful, helpful and friendly and I cannot fault them at all. The pools were really cold during our stay which is disappointing as it made them less enjoyable and our baby couldn't tolerate how cold it was so we barely used them.

Good location but rooms need a lot of renovations, had stayed there around 10years ago and family room was great but this time it was awful the condition of it. Lucky we were there for one night due to moving onto Ubud

Staff is good. Cleanliness is not not ok. I booked a 2 room suite and very disappointed with Cleanliness. Rooms were dirty. And i was shocked when one of my kid found a used panties tuck inside the blanket and dropped on the floor when she was about to sleep. I guess the room cleaning staff did not cleaned the room at all or did not changed the bedsheets and pillows case at all. I tried to contact the manager but the front office staff told me ok but till i checked out nobody tried to apologize about the used panties in my room or about the Cleanliness of the room.

As a family of 4 with two young kids, we really enjoyed our stay at The Haven. The suites were fantastic, with plenty of living room space in between the two bedrooms. Because our suite was so comfortable, we were able to enjoy rest days in the hotel. The pools were great, the kids loved them. Breakfast varied and plentiful. The hotel surprised us with a birthday cake for our birthdays which was really sweet. The only grumble is the room keysb (swipe cards) that had a tendency to stop working from time to time, which meant we had to go to reception on more than one occasion..from the third floor, that's quite far. Also, there should be grips put down on the slippy floors by the pools, they are too dangerous and we saw a few people slip. That said, would we recommend the hotel to others? Absolutely! It's a great place.
