It was very good time with my family, very clean and environment also very good, just one thing it's not avaliable smart TV, not working netflix and you tube

Just the best place to have a family holiday. I went there with family for my 40th birthday and I have zero complaints to make. Everyone was just so lovely, the food was exceptional, the swim up bar was awesome, the general cleanliness of the hotel and grounds was above amazing. We enjoyed our stay so much, when we come back, we will not go anywhere else, period! Thank you for looking after us so well, Holiday Inn Baruna Bali. Cheers!!

Great hotel, the beach is very gravely so not much good for young kids, especially if they are familiar with Australian beaches😂😂

The Best resort I’ve stayed at in bali the staff are lovely , there’s plenty of daily activities for the kids to enjoy and the hotel is well maintained and clean we had buffet breakfast daily which was included with our room we had a kids suite , and happy hour in the pool every arvo at 4pm 2 for 1 cocktails

Pros: - Convenient location near the airport with complimentary airport drop-off service. - Walking distance to the beach and nearby shops/mall, making it easy to explore the area. Cons: - Rooms need an upgrade, as our family room had an unpleasant old smell, which made it difficult to sleep. Unsure if the smell originated from the air conditioning vent or elsewhere. Envy restaurant was good, breakfast buffet was mid and personally don’t think it was worth the money. Overall, a decent place to stay if you have an upcoming flight and want to be close to the airport.

I thought the rooms were good. We liked the kids beds with the nautical theme. A little dirty still and room cleaning team never cleared out old cups etc so we had dirty glasses in room for days. Ants around but otherwise rooms were good

Check in person is very kind and nice to help us. While leaving, it is nice to provide free shuttle bus to airport. The room is clean and luxury. My family members are all enjoy the stay.

Holiday Inn Resort Baruna is an accommodation that provides a very comfortable and satisfactory stay. I liked the Holiday Inn accommodation when I went to Hawaii, so I chose this accommodation in Indonesia as well. Overall I am very satisfied. It's at the end of Kuta Beach in Bali, but it's better than going to Kuta Beach Club or Seminyak Beach Club. I think this is a very good accommodation where you can enjoy both lodging and entertainment while playing with your kids in the resort's swimming pool, having a drink, and eating at the PALMS restaurant next to the pool. The facilities and pool are clean, the food is delicious, and the staff are all friendly. During my stay, it was winter in Bali, the off-season, so there were few people, so it was leisurely and relaxing.

We stayed here for one night as we landed in Bali and had to wait an evening before our Villa up in Seminyak was ready. This is a large resort property convenient to the airport. The guards at the main entrance gave us peace of mind. We were given a free upgrade with an ocean view. The room was large and perfectly fine. Great shower and TV channel selection. We were tired from travel and just had dinner and a night cap at one of the two restaurants on property. The food was real good. The next morning we went to breakfast at the other restaurant on property which is more buffet style and the breakfast selection was huge. There must have been 60 items including an omelet station. We walked to the beach and I will say that may be the only negative of the hotel. There are fishing boats in the water and there was no one setting up chairs or anything, maybe we were early. I'm not sure the hotel owns the beach there I think it's a public beach but not sure. We had to check out at 12 so we just stayed at the pool which was nice and large and had a swim up bar. Keep in mind this is a kid-friendly hotel so the pool is only so relaxing with screaming children. But overall, this is a great hotel and very nice property. Perhaps the best part is that the staff here were extremely nice and helpful and proud to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I would give this hotel a strong recommendation particularly for families.

It's a family oriented hotel. All facilities are catering for kids. Staff were all very helpful and considerate. Breakfast buffet provided a variety of choices. There's even a kids only buffet area. A family with kids can definitely have a wonderful stay here. Strongly recommend.
