Bintang Bali Resort

Great to bring my daughter and grandchildren and find there was plenty to do within the resort if we didnt feel able to brave the streets of Kuta. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay

We had a great stay here. Staff were fabulous and great location Only downfall would be: -not a lot for the kids to do -only one restaurant

Great resort - always have a god time here. If you are travelling with kids then this place is ideal. Only thing marking it down this trip was the pool and spa, both of which were a little off. The pool had a greenish tinge and the spa left you with a rusty smell. Possibly this is unavoidable and to be expected in high season. Not ideal. Breakfasts were fantastic and the service is faultless. We will come ack.

We had a great stay at Bintang Bali Resort all the staff were friendly, facilities great, large rooms. We had a large family of 11 people and they accommodated us all on 1 level some with interlocking rooms as requested. Breakfast was great everyday. Highly recommend.

Friendliness of the staff, they go above and beyond, my family and I can’t wait to come back. Special mention to check in staff and Krishna in the pool bar 👍

After a few years away, we returned to stay on a short holiday. The 'Ramada Bintang' has special memories for our family. The Resort has aged somewhat and is in need of an update and renovation. The Bathrooms had been improved, however water leaks all over the floor after a shower, creating a potential slip hazard. The shower could have been better designed. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room Service was fast and food was tasty. Quite disappointed though, in the Breakfast Buffet, as it appears the offerings have reduced significantly. Limited choices available today compared to the magnificent selection of breakfast foods offered years ago. We have wonderful memories of what it used to be, but we may not stay there next time. Stunning Gardens were beautiful as always. Thank you Bali Bintang Resort.

I’ve been coming to this hotel for 25 years. First on my own and then with my children. Service is great, rooms have been refurbished, swimming pool is great and the hotel has its own beach. It’s close to everything.

Family of 8 staying for 6 days... overall the stay was average. 5 star resort missing the basics is not the ideal situation. When you stay at a 5 star resort you expect everything you should get in a 3 star hotel plus extras but not too be in this situation. Sheets were worn and some days had holes in them, pillows were miss matched and flat and dirty. Bed was hard and rigid, aiming at a particular demographic. Water pressure was so so, the towels were nothing special. The resort is expansive and with great views overlooking the beach. The breakfeast was great every morning with western and eastern options, the juices could have been better though. The kids club was tired and worn out and we didnt feel it safe to leave our 6 year old there... the pool was ok, needs a major overhaul. The staff were friendly and courtious and the room service was nice although a tad on the expensive side for Bali, $13 for a beef burger and fries or even $11 for nasi Goreng. Overall, 3/5 stars but wouldnt pay the money to stay there again.

We had a wonderful time at Bintang Bali resort. We spent 3 nights at the end of our trip and didnt leave the hotel. Buffet brekkie is amazing. Kids club is basic but i felt comfortable leaving my kids for short periods - they mostly watched a movie or played video games but allowed us to use the beautiful and extremely affordable spa.

Excellent, planning to stay here again because we enjoyed it so much. Family of 5 , 2 adults 3 children and they loved it. The staff are wonderful could not fault them. The place overall was wonderful, we can’t wait to stay here next trip.
