Experienced the best hospitality. Staff goes way and beyond to help. The check in was fast and welcoming. Loved the welcome drink. The restaurants at Taj were very good specially Firdous. The manager Mr. Kenneth Reddy was very curious towards the kids and my elderly parents. Breakfast Buffet- Excellent. They were considerate to even pack the food for kids as they could not manage to finish. The room amenities were thoughtful. Only disappointment- The pool was under renovation so could not use.

From the warm welcome at reception to the attentive service provided by all staff members, such as Kalyani, Lhakpa, Sahid, Sristi, and Gyanshyam, every interaction was marked by genuine hospitality and care. Kalyani exemplified the philosophy of treating guests like family, while Lhakpa's pride in promoting both the Taj and her home state of Sikkim added a personal touch to the service. Sahid's courtesy and knowledge of cocktail making impressed me, and Sristi's hospitality in the club lounge made me feel truly pampered. And Gyanshyam's infectious smile during restaurant service brightened my dining experience. Moreover, the hotel exceeded my expectations by facilitating a late check-out, which was immensely helpful and accommodating to my needs. Overall, my stay at [Hotel Name] was nothing short of delightful, thanks to its exceptional staff and outstanding service.

Amazing service and excellent buffets - both breakfast and dinner. While the room was small, the space was used optimally to provide ample storage spaces. The level of service is by a mile better than equivalent priced hotels in the U.S. Our family was very happy to stay here.

Few staff had very bad attitude towards us. Second thing missing lot of communication for any service requests to lobby or front desk I had to call them twice or thrice. They won’t listen calls I made completely, before I could conclude they would hang phone on me. I have one more stay coming up with taj group hotels, I am not confident to take my family there. Also breakfast section servers are very hesitant to work and ignore guests calling them for ordering dosas. I hope those are simple fixes you can offer guests that I would gladly appreciate as a guest to have.

Great food Great service Love the laundry service Best pool and jacuzzis Gym and Spa - awesome The “two twin bed” rooms are advertised as “fits 4 people” online, however, the beds can’t fit 4 people or the room itself is good enough for two people. Wi-Fi was choppy and we had to request the IT guy at least three times and the device limit was not explained to us at check-in. We would have signed up for unlimited devices, if we were informed up front. One of the restaurants meals were extremely salty. Chef was informed. Food service workers and room service workers may need deodorant as they seem to work long hours in sweat shops. This is just a recommendation and is meant with good intentions, as such no issues, otherwise. In summary, We were there for 10 days and my family loved every minute of their stay. Keep up the great work!!

We invited 12 family members for the buffet dinner..... awful, awful service Very disappointed

Not at all 5 star standards, poor room quality, wooden floor with patches, broken tap, needs renovation. Also reservations team not reachable. Too much monitoring and questioning by security staff even when they see us with whole family, asking guest or outsiders. It was not a Conformable stay being away from USA.
