Excellent place to stay with family for minimum 3-4 days. One or two days is not sufficient to enjoy the place

Front office staff was not friendly and helpful. When the booking was done I had mentioned 3 adults and 3 kids. But for some reason my confirmation had not mentioned the kids. This was not my fault and the front office staff did not provide any help.
