The Central Residency

I called the reservation phone to ensure that I am booking the right room for the right no. of people. The reservation details on Expedia shows that room is suitable for 3 adults and up to 2 kids. However the rooms given were only having 2 single beds! Tried speaking with the staff for additional beds. The staff in the reception was thinking we are asking for a favour. The Executive Double room is much much smaller than it shows on the photos. Was not a pleasant experience dealing with the reception staff and trying to make him understand that 3 adults and 2 kids can not sleep on 3 single beds. The irony is that, the reception staff does not consider the details on Expedia as valid. Avoid this hotel!
