Park Hyatt Chennai

I stayed with my family for two nights in this hotel. I arrived in Chennai in an international flight and had a lot of baggage. The airport pickup was in order and the staff was very helpful in helping us checkin and settle down. We loved the food there - both the room service and buffet breakfast. They have a lot of options for the breakfast. Everything was wonderful. Definitely go for the masala chai. The stay was very comfortable. They gave us an extra bed but that was not required. The only hiccup we faced was some confusion for the airport drop. The cars were not ready but the front desk immediately arranged for a backup Uber drop and we made it on time. Lovely staff and service.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all staff members for their exemplary service and taking care of us during our stay. The overall stay experience was just awesome! The hotel has everything one could lookout for during their stay. The breakfast, lunch, dinner were super delicious! Kudos! to the excellent staff members and their services to the guest. I would recommend this to family and friends and would definitely opt for my future trip.
