ITC Grand Chola, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Chennai

Stayed for this time vacation in Chennai . Was blissful and super quiet. Stayed in the chola residence apartments had full kitchen and other amenities. 24/7 Cafe and dining options covered cuisine across the world for your taste palate . It will remain as one food memory vacation for sure for our family .

The grand chola is the best hotel in Chennai hands down. Everything they offer is premium and the level of detail can be observed in many small aspects of the experience. Huge shout out to Monisha from the reception team for taking my family to tour around the hotel. It was wonderful to see the significance

I stayed in the 2 bedroom ‘residence’ apartment and it was perfect. The rooms were spacious and each had an large bathroom with shower, toilet and bath. The kitchen area was well equipped with dishes, microwave, cutlery, fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine. This was the perfect option for us as we wanted to hang out as a family in our down time, The breakfast buffet was vast with many hot options - Indian and western. We even went to Peshawari for dinner one night / excellent north West Indian food. Staff were attentive and friendly. They went over and above to help us. The pools were refreshing after a day out - cool water and enough space to do short laps. We used Ubers for transport and the location was convenient to get into town

Reception staff invite to walk in for buffet dinner and return me and family due to lack of table..totally disappointed and whole family miss the dinner

The property manager Bela helped us to have a memorable family dinner by securing a last minute reservation and worked with us on our concerns to make sure we leave the property satisfied. Will return back just because of her team’s hospitality

I used the family room. It was very inconvenient because the water bottle in the room was glass, and after breakfast, the plate was not removed, so I kept saying that I waited for 30 minutes for coffee. Only the building is a nice place and the service is the worst.
