The common areas of the property were covered in a smell of a broken sewer pipe. When we first arrived it felt like our baby had just gone in his diaper until we realized it was everywhere. The first room also had this smell and we moved to a different room which was better. The staff was kind and accommodating. We were to stay at the same property on our way through Trivandrum again in a few days but have moved to another hotel.

Overall great experience..Very good managers Mr Kant (Food and Beverages) and Mr Deeptiesh were very helpful 👍 Excellent location and amazing buffett breakfast and dinner..Highly recommend for family stay!!
