It could be a great choice for many travelers, but in our case, so many things went south. After spending the afternoon at their pool area, we headed back for a hot shower...but there was no gas or hot water in the rental home... so we had to change to another apartment, which was not cleaned...then moved to a hotel room, which of course was much smaller, than the place we have originally booked. The night receptionist was very nice and went out her way to find a solution (thank you Agi once more), but took us more than 2 hrs to finally settle with 2 small kids. Breakfast is fine, but limited service. You only get dinner if you book halfboard, no same-day reservation is accepted. Waited more than 40 mins upon check-out...Watch out for cc payments upon departure, since they will charge you extra if you pay via foreign currency-some sorts of terminal fee. It is a pity really, since the place would have so much potential...
