Really nice hotel. We had a suite in 9th floor with an incredible view to Buda Castle. Our room was big enough for a family of 4.

The tall head waiter/manager if the breakfast service is amazing! My wife and I are traveling with our 3 kids. Our kids are still not adjusted to the time change and we missed that breakfast ended earlier this morning. Without hesitation he told us to have a seat and personally took our order and huddled with his team to get our family taken care of. It was the best service I have ever had and his team could have easily ignored us due to our mistake.

unfortunately the spa was full of kids and their parents listening to loud youtube videos - kids were running around also in the sauna and steam room always opening the doors....

We were a family of five with three teenagers, and we loved our stay at the InterContinental. The rooms were very spacious. The hotel is very well located near main attractions and right next to a tram station. The breakfast was fantastic. We would stay here again with no hesitation. On the cons side, the indoor pool has no windows and it seems better suited for small children than for adults, and the furniture is getting a bit dated but everything works fine and the hotel is super clean.

Stayed during a family trip with my mom and me and mother satisfied with the room and wonderful river view. Highly recommend staying and willing to stay again the next time:)
