H2 Hotel Budapest

Excellent location. Beautiful hotel. Not very share friendly with friends or family as the bathroom is wide open. other than that the hotel was excellent

Probably one of the most convenient hotels location specific I have stayed in Budapest ( my 6th stay!). Checked in at 3am no problem. Very close to m stations, metro and buses ans trams.Also the hub of deak ferenc ter for eatery, shopping and transport. Decent breakfast in the morning for a 3 star hotel considering it is included in the price. Pillows you only get given one, and is rather flat however the next morning I asked for 2 more and by the evening the house keeper had delivered them no problem. Rooms are modern, no tea / coffee making facilities but you can grab these in the morning for free at breakfast. It didn’t bother me, but the shower area isn’t a closed off private area ( we are a couple) so for families or friends may be a little too “cosy”. However I liked this layout and made the hotel look modern. Staff are friendly, and location next to the basilica is good ( walking around Budapest at 2 am for example no issues). Didn’t try the restaurant.
