It’s a nice environment hotel for the family. There are lots of activities in the hotel line up for you and your little ones. It’s a nice place to stay. We will definitely come back here again.

The hotel is like all the Disneyland hotels, very well planned and has great facilities for the children and whole family to enjoy. With the shuttle buses prying at very reasonable short periods it is very convenient for commuters to go to the Disneyland park. However, the prices at the restaurents are quite expensive, take note.

We had 2 beautiful connected rooms booked, and only managed to check in late at night. One room was great though looked dated, the other unfortunately had a very strong smell of smoke. We knew it’s not the hotel’s fault for irresponsible customers smoking in the non-smoking rooms, but the duty manager Winnie was simply amazing in taking over the situation upon our feedback, and arranged for a replacement upgrade with prompt bell service to support us to shift the entire family to the new Cinderella suite. What impressed us more than the amazing suite was the attitude and hospitality of the duty manager. She was so sincere and personal in helping us. Will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.
