Guests upstairs was jumping loudly at 1am. Guests kids next door was crying loudly at 6am. Overall, for a simple night stay is alright.

We have booked three club rooms to stay in Hong Kong with a mixture of adults and children. It was a fabulous stay and every staff we have encountered at Hotel JEN were very helpful and they all went out of their way to assist us. We would like to pay special thanks to Tweety and Billy for their attentiveness and we would highly recommend this hotel for any travellers who want a special visit in Hong Kong. The happy hour at club lounge was the highlight of our trip as the food was great and there were a good selection of drinks choices.
