It was my first time staying at this hotel. It's located above Mong Kok East Station and MOKO shopping mall. Very convenient for me and my family. The room was big and spacious.

Hotel is connected to the mall and mongkok east station so it offers convenient to get to places by mtr. Rather disappointed with the beds which are hard, toilet is small and amenities are only average for a 5 star hotel. I stayed with my family in family deluxe, will recommend to stay in 2 bedrooms instead especially if there are 4 pax.

Friendly and very helpful staffs and very clean premises. However reception area could be have more seatings and should have little allocated area for kids to play while we wait for our room to be ready. Swimming pool access time could be extended longer.

Great hotel for a family. Convenient and great location. Great pool and filtered tap water and little fridge were really helpful. Would definitely go again if/when staying in Hong Kong.

Can’t charge expenses to room made this not an ideal place to stay for business. Inexperienced front desk staff, all rest of the hotel staffs are friendly and somewhat helpful. Not an ideal place for those haven’t experienced Hong Kong culture before. Fantastic and good value stay for families on holiday with friends or relatives living in HK

Super convenient location as it’s connected to Moko mall and the MTR! We love the family room as it has an excellent view of the city and it is clean with a modern look. There’s a swimming pool and jacuzzi with a family changing room with shower facility. A pity the jacuzzi was closed while we were there.

Everything was good in this hotel. Location, cleanliness, polite and helpful staff. Many Hong Kong hotel don’t have big room for family, this hotel have 2 queen bed rooms. The only downsize is the bed, too soft for me.

All their staff are very efficient at every single touch point. The replies were fast. Staff put in effort to make our stay as convenient and comfortable. We are a group of friends travelling with 2 toddlers, and the staff helped us to clean the room fast.
