I wasn’t very happy with my stay at the hotel. Even though I was staying in the executive floor, I felt the cleaning staff were really mediocre with their work. They never replaced our soap and bathrobes after they were used. The bathroom sink never got washed during our 4 night stay, they, they way they made up our bed was even worse than how I would make up my own bed, very unprofessional and not tidy. At the end of the day when you come back to your room, you don’t have the clean and fresh feeling like any of the other hotels in the same price range would give you. The room is small, it’s a clear wall between the bathroom and sleeping area so at night or in the morning you would get bothered by the light from the bathroom. And one last thing: the doors close with a loud shut, and we were very unlucky having a family who occupied three rooms across from each other next to our room, they started to visit one another’s room at 4am, opening and shutting the door every 15 min or so…I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and wouldn’t stay here ever again!

Good location, lovely staff, probably requires a little refurbishment, but not too bad overall. Check in took a little longer than expected but passing staff member helped entertain the kids which was nice, after a 14hr flight! Housecleaning team were good, nice little touches such as chocolates for the kids. Also tying up our phone cables etc., always asked if we needed anything. Would like to thank all that serviced our room, although we didn’t see you, you are appreciated, hope management passes that on. Also lovely staff at breakfast, thanks to Vinod and his team. Very hospitable and friendly, we very much appreciated his hospitality, thank you! Would stay again and highly recommend. Although we would try to get a bigger room /suite next time.

I booked a family room for 4 adults. It will be good to have additional toilet facilities Overall this is a good choice for hotel stay for everything that you needs(they have a wet market behind the hotel too)

Great location. Mong Kok is a fun part of HK for a family visit. Hotel is huge so be prepped for queues and a large amount of people in all the shared locations at any given time. Would stay again.

Love this hotel- will always be my go-to when visiting my family however this last trip left something to be desired. The pros - Property is located in the heart of Mong Kok - undoubtably 10/10 for location. The bad - The staff and services provided could be better. Example are the complimentary goods offered for returning guests- it took 3 separate calls over 2 days to finally get the fruits and wine delivered. For a hotel that exudes luxury and excellence why was this difficult? Also, a note on laundry - they’ve stopped offering laundry per kilo; it has become extremely expensive to do laundry through the hotel.

Great stay at the Cordis. Loved the swimming pool and the kids particularly loved the buffet breakfast. Such a great location with the MTR station virtually in the building. Really handy and comfortable stay. Would recommend.

The family room option fit our living needs. The staff was friendly and helpful.

As a family of four we struggled to find accommodation to suit, ie double/queen/king bed & 2 singles for the kids; the 3 beds in the Family Quad was perfect with the kitchen. Good space, comfortable bedding and good bathroom, kitchen had enough to get by. Excellent staff including the general manager who introduced himself and even showed us to our room. Great location close to so many eating options, shops, markets etc.

first of all, Cordis has amazing location in the heart of Mongkok, close to the MTR and to the Langnam mall with tons of eating options. The staff was so nice and helpful, for example they helped us pack food from the dining room brrakfast for our airport journey. The room was great in 38 floor with amazing views of all the skyscrapers. The breakfast was hands down the best I had traveling abroad. Such a wide variety of foods, new tastes, this was fantastic. If you're staying in Hong Kong (we were 2 adults and 3 kids), that's the place for you
