If you’re considering other options in the area, stay here!! There are only 8 rooms and the staff goes above and beyond to educate you about the island. The family feel really makes your stay unforgettable! The grounds and pool were clean and well kept. There are lots of wonderful dinning & shopping options that are walkable from the hotel. George is happy to give you restaurant recommendations and make you reservations. They provide free bottled water and even a free bottle of local wine as a welcome gift! The view from my room was unbelievable!! It was hard to leave, we will be back!

My family and I absolutely loved staying at Pantelia Suites in Santorini. The views are breathtaking - you can watch the sunset in Fira and get the most amazing photos from the rooftop. The location is perfect as you are in the heart of Fira where you can get lost in the beautiful alleyways and are surrounded by restaurants. I have to say the best part of our stay was the hotel staff. We have never met such hospitable, warm and welcoming people. The staff were so helpful, full or great travel tips and we always enjoyed our morning chats when they delivered the most delicious breakfast to our balcony every morning. By the end of the trip we felt so sad to leave because it felt like we were saying bye to family. Cannot recommend this place enough. Hope to come back again!

We celebrated our 25th anniversary and spent a night here and one in Oia. This worked out well, although we’d have liked to stay longer. Being in Fira is terrific for shopping and a lively atmosphere. Lots of food options. The staff were fantastic. Very proactive, contacted us before we arrived to ensure facilitation. I would recommend having them pick you up. The taxi driver charged us 35 Euros when the hotel was charging only 30, and he dropped us off at the wrong place with heavy bags. The room was very nice and well apportioned with welcome fruits and more. Breakfast was fantastic. To walk out of your room and have your own private table set with plentiful selections overlooking the water was the icing on top. Highly, highly recommend and we would absolutely stay again, next time with the rest of the family.

George and crew (Stelios) were amazing. Not only were they attentive, my family and I felt like we were the only ones staying at Pantelia. The location, breakfast, staff, and views were absolutely ideal. I would highly recommend!!!

You will be treated like royalty & family. This is in the top 5 hotels my daughter & I have ever stayed at in our lives. We cannot say enough about the beautiful caldera views, the scrumptious breakfast, (top notch waiter too) how quintessentially Santorini the ‘cave like’ rooms are; Pantelia Suites is absolutely stunning in every way! And on top of all of that, you have the most caring and attentive Manager and staff who are so happy to accommodate you in any way you need. I had 2 rather serious issues arise and Kostas, immediately took me to the bus terminal to communicate with the station manager on my behalf. Thank you again, Kostas for your help! The Manager, George, actually drove me to the hospital & picked me up too! Furthermore he searched the island over to find medication that was in very short supply, found it, bought it & delivered it to me! When my lost medication turned up at the ferry port, he collected and delivered that too. It is a very frightening experience to be sick and without your medication in a foreign country. George was an absolute shining star during my whole dilemma & his compassion and problem solving skills literally saved me! Exceptional caring and service! George told me “We do everything for our guests” and it’s the truth! Thank you so much for all you help, George - you are an amazing Manager & human being! If you are lucky enough to find availability at this diamond of a property, BOOK IT IMMEDIATELY! 😊

Our experience at this hotel was 10/10. Service: We had exceptional service here. The only hiccup was on initial arrival when I couldn't get inside the hotel (apparently the door can be opened from the outside which I didn't know about) and the manager wasn't there when I arrived. Everything afterwards ran smoothly. My bf actually proposed during the trip and he had arranged for what I thought was a regular photoshoot on our hotel balcony when he popped the question. One of the hotel employees spent about 30 minutes just taking photos of us and after our engagement, the manager even brought us champagne! We were also given complimentary car hire to take us to the airport when we checked out. The property: We stayed in the junior suite which was a big space with very spacious bathroom and we had the shared terrace and private balcony around the pool (though we never actually used the balcony area). We didn't mind the shared terrace at all as there's really only one other couple using it and the space was big. The view from the terrace is amazing and it's where we had our breakfast each morning. Location: This hotel is ideally located in the heart of Fira but a bit to the side so it's not loud at all. There's also a nice restaurant next door called Naoussa with breathtaking calderra views.
