I had a few very frustrating experiences to an otherwise nice stay. There were no instructions about arrival or parking, and after two calls to the property, it was still unclear that there was no parking and we couldn’t even drive the car to the hotel front door because the street was blocked. My family and I waited in the 100 degree weather for 15 mins trying to figure out how to get us and our bags to the hotel. The person I talked to on the phone gave very unclear instructions and didn’t really get it. Then, my brother booked a very expensive massage and his therapist was on her phone with one hand while massaging him with her other hand- he finally looked and saw that what she was doing and left the massage. When he discussed with the manager, she said she told her she was just controlling the room lights- no real apology. Not great service on either account.

This property is STUNNING! We were upgraded upon arrival from a premium room to a junior suite with a private pool at no additional cost. The hotel is clean and beautiful and the pool areas are amazing. The staff was so polite and ensured we had everything we needed, even making us dinner reservations in town. We were able to walk to everything including shopping, restaurants, bars, etc. For anything that would require driving, the beaches or Oia town, the staff at the hotel arranged for us to have transportation. I will definitely be back!

I cannot recommend this hotel more highly. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left, it was as if we were part of the Aressana family. I was travelling with my father who is not so steady on his feet and the staff were always helpful and wanted to know if they could help. We travelled during the COVID pandemic and as far as cleanliness goes it is beyond perfect. All the staff consistently wear their masks or shields appropriately even in the heat and the sun beds are disinfected after every user. The breakfast is one of the best breakfasts I have ever had and is different and gives you a culinary trip around Greece every day. The spa is clean and definitely luxurious. There is a shuttle bus to the airport which is overpriced but very useful. I would suggest taking a taxi instead. The location is right at the beginning of the Caldera and stunning views 1 minute after leaving the hotel. It is great for people with mobility problems compared to other places in Fira. Everything in Santorini is very steep and this is great if you want something more accessible. I would like to say a huge thank you to Mary at reception and Vassili at the restaurant. They made us feel so welcome and special and their professionalism is truly worthy of a 5 star hotel. I am a frequent traveler and enjoy staying at the SLH range of hotels and this is by far the best I have ever stayed at. Great hotel!

We had stayed in this lovely hotel for our family vacation at Santorini this year. All the staff here are the most friendliest that I have seen in any hotel. We had a small private bath tub with lovely view of sea outside our room. The room size was good. The breakfast was included in our tariff. There was a lot of options to choose from for the breakfast. They have swimming pool with shower and changing room. They can keep luggage if checking out early. They are 2-3 min walk away from bus station. The hotel is very close to the walk where we can see sunset, church and the museum. Special thanks to all the reception staff, kitchen staff and the kind porter who brought our luggage down to near bus station in the golf car. We really had a memorable stay and can’t wait to return there once again.
