Nautilus Dome

The staff are very nice, Marcos was very helpful and showed us tips of how to get around and answered our questions patiently, the shuttle service to and from Fira is excellent and free! We are a family with two adult children so we booked a family room which has four beds. The room is basic, but in a nice quiet facing the back of the hotel so you won’t hear the traffic noise when you sleep! Outside the door on the garden there’s sea view and on the rooftop look out at the caldera site the view is breathtaking! Overall the stay was very good with the price we paid! The only thing I want to say is our room is on the ground floor, so the laundry room is just right beside of us. The laundry ladies come to work around 8 am and they chat there always with their door open, the 2nd day she’s there sweeping the floor at 6:30 am and because I slept on the couch bed near the door so I hear everything. I’m a light sleeper but other than that this hotel is a good choice for a budget. Absolutely recommend it!

This is the perfect place for a family to stay while visiting Santorini. The shuttle for the quick drive into Fira was extremely convenient as there is not much around the hotel. We enjoyed the sunset views from the rooftop and avoided the crowds in town. The breakfast was wonderful and had a huge variety of options.

Staff was incredibly friendly and allowed the family to visit Fira safely and efficiently. I highly recommend the hotel to all visitors. Manager and staff were great.

Michael, Nektorious and Markos were very welcoming and generous with their time. They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The shuttle service to Fira was fantastic, Michael and Nektorious are excellent drivers. Michael gave amazing dinner recommendations and taught us lots about the island. Markos was very helpful in organising the hiring of a quad bike and horse riding. Nektorious makes a great coffee and serves amazing breakfast on the balcony. The breakfast portions were generous and the sunset views from the balcony are as good as anywhere in Fira. Overall, It was a fantastic experience staying at Nautilus Dome during our honeymoon. We did not hear any noise or traffic nearby from our room 101. Given the reasonable cost of the rooms and free Fira shuttle service, I strongly recommend this as a place to stay when visiting Santorini. Our stay (with family) was amazing. Excellent hotel, nice location,great view and friendly staff. Very close to the central bus station and the free shuttle to and from the bus station was great. The property is maintained very well and impeccably clean. Only suggestion maybe they can extend the pool hours to a later time.
