Mr. and Mrs. White Santorini

The view is amazing. The staff had a few service minded and friendly people in the crew but some less aimed to work with service… Food was ok. The room was ok (we stayed in a family room) but not safe for kids under 4 yrs old due to the loft’s wall made of ropes and the stairs... The beds are terribly hard/bad (you feel the metal spirals in your back). The cleaning was extremely poor. At arrival we found old toothpaste stains, hair etc from previous guests, toilet was not clean, the drainage in the shower didn’t work and filled up shower with water +5 cm in 1 min (a man came to fix it but nothing happened except he wet the full bathroom and all our personal belongings and left without putting together parts at the sink). Drawers and surfaces was dusty. The outdoor area was very dusty and not clean etc Ie - We expect more from a 4 star hotel… the whole hotel area by the pools smells cloak. All and all not value for money. We will not stay here again.

Mr and Mrs White Santorini is perfectly located on the fringe of Oia Santorini. The property has great views and two beautiful pools. Perfect for both couples and families and easily walkable to the Oia town center and restaurants. Great friendly staff with a can do customer centric attitude. I highly recommend the property.

Perfect place to stay in Oia especially if you have kids ( big pool is perfect addition to enjoy sunny days ) Convenient location , easy walk to center of Oia city ! Rooms clean and spacious… staff friendly and helpful …. Would come back there without thinking twice .

We stayed two days at Mr and Ms White and absolutely loved it. The hotel overlooks the sea towards both sides of the island. The view of caldera, particularly, just breathtaking. Our little cottage on the highest level had a huge terrace and of course the view. On the first night we walked to Oia (a short walk away from the hotel) to see the sunset and have dinner. Oia is amazing and worth visiting but the sunset and dinner is better to experience at the hotel. The hotel restaurant is great and less pricey than the dining options in Oia. You also get great service and a seat with astonishing views. Away from the stress of the town and a great treat right where you stay. All was good at this hotel: the main swimming pool and a cute small one (“infinity” pool) with massage, cocktails and location - location could not be better. Right on the walking trail to Fira. We did a part of that trail - it was a great experience for the view, vegetation and overall feeling of walking around this sleeping volcano. Great energy and vibrations. And that is exactly where the hotel is located, plus again very close to beautiful and chic Oia. We are happy to have chosen this hotel. Great value for money for otherwise quite expensive destination of Santorini. We will come back and can only recommend the place to our family and friends.

We had a wonderful time and the place was so relaxing, very clean, very comfortable feels like your home and the service was amazing and excellent. The entire property such a beautiful hotel. Love the decor and design The whole team/workers was very helpful everybody was nice and very friendly especially the front desk he is helpful they treat you like just a family. We really love it we are coming back and the breakfast too was excellent and delicious. The most the view just breathtaking especially having breakfast such a beautiful view and over all the best experience ever. Highly recommended
