Finikia Memories Hotel

Property is good but it’s a boutique hotel so you we need to understand the nuances that comes with it - like no room service, no iron in room etc etc. The rooms are basically clean and small and should be good for couple but becomes very small and challenging if you have kids. No late check out allowed at any cost. Staff is very friendly and do is the staff od the restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast is good.

Amazing stay at Finikia Memories! My husband and I visited for our honeymoon and we couldn’t have asked for a better hotel in Santorini! The staff were warm and welcoming, helping us meet our every need. The property is stunning with a beautiful pool and delicious restaurant. Breakfast is wonderful and our room with private plunge pool was divine. Would absolutely come back and we will recommend to all our friends/family. Thank you Finikia for an amazing stay!

Lovely hotel overall and worth a stay but maybe just for a night or two. The breakfast was amazing with a great amount of option and cooked really well too. The staff especially Danielle was exceptional. The lunch and dinner options were quite minimal but this was the same theme overall in santorini. At the pool the deck chairs were really hard and quite uncomfortable, it would have been nice to have some sort of music as felt quite boring there. Online the jacuzzi said it was available however it was not and they said it was a hassle to clean it which was unfortunate as it was one of the features why we picked the hotel. The cleaners were available at all times and did do a great job, the cleanliness of the place was overall great however had to constantly ask for shampoo and conditioner and felt like they weren’t happy when doing so. One thing I found disappointing is when asked for the airport shuffle I was quoted €100 which was extraordinarily overpriced for the 20min ride and when reached the hotel was told it’s actually €70. This shows not 100% transparency on pricing. Very close to Oia, 5 min walk to the shop and can get drinks etc for way cheaper and store in fridge. Some of the staff had a negative attitude but maybe that’s their nature not too sure. Online it said checkout was 12 but they made us leave by 11am even though I showed them my booking. An hour makes a huge difference when with children. Overall for the price worth a stay however could improve.
