Wonderful location with great view of the Acropolis, close to all the sights, restaurants and shop. Staff is first class. Our family stayed in 5 different hotels in this Greece trip and this is the one of the best.

Herodion is a great hotel and a quick walk to the Acropolis museum, Acropolis and Plaka. A 15 min walk gets you to Monasteraki. The staff is extremely helpful. They arranged for a great dinner for our entire group of 9 out of the touristy area. They also had breakfast for us at 3:00 in the morning the day of our departure and arranged for a van to take us all to the airport. The rooms are comfortable. The bathrooms are not big, but they are fine. There is also a nice seating area on the main level where a few of the kids slept when we first arrived until our rooms were ready. The staff never complained about the kids sleeping on the sofas - other hotels have not been so accommodating. Herodion is wonderful! We will definitely stay there again!
