We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this hotel: the rooms are clean and staff are amazingly helpful. It was a pleasant surprise for us to find out the two full bathrooms as part of our junior suite. The hotel has a great location, it is at a walkable distance to the Acropolis and 5 minutes walk to the subway, which takes you to many places at Athens. One of our stay's highlight is the excellent breakfast buffet: the food is great and the staff is super nice. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again for future trips.

Inside the hotel was very loud. There were children running down the hallway and screaming at 2am. The walls seemed paper thin. The housekeeping staff was similarly loud starting at 7am and you could hear their entire conversations with colleagues and on the phone. The area surrounding the hotel did not feel safe at all.

The service at this hotel is phenomenal. They take care of all your needs and requests. Location is perfect and close to all the major sites. Great breakfast too and lots of space for a family.

Loved this hotel .. Staff and rooms suited my family of 4 extremely well .. It was closer to all the fun stuff than I originally thought and we walked everywhere .. what a fun hotel

The hotel was clean and the staff was amazing. It is on great location. The breakfast was excellent too, they had a variety of products to pick from. The restaurant is the only thing I will change. It took 20 min to have some bread and 25 more to get our food. The kids menu is good but the size of the potatoes and "nuggets" or the bread for the cheeseburger needs to be soft not though like a rock.
