Fos DownTown Suites

I had the quadruple suite, it was excellent. Even had a kitchen area with a microwave, frig, electric stove, plates, glasses, and utensils. Downside, they don't let you control the thermostat and you always have to call and wait on someone to come change it. Also, there is no staff available after 5pm and before 9am. They give you a number to call but I couldn't get through. If you book, you should try to arrive during business hours. We heard a family ringing the bell around 10pm, but weren't sure what to do. We obviously couldn't let them stay with us and the staff was gone. The hotel itself is about a 12 minute walk to the Acropolis, and 6 minute walk to the main square. About 15 minutes to the Archaeological museum, and 4 minutes to Parliament where you can see the Changing of the Guard. It never is quiet though because the room was facing the street. It has a nice enclosed balcony/living room area. The pullout couch is also in this area so if you plan to share the suite, whoever sleeps on the pullout will get all the outside noise. The bedroom has a door you can close, so it helps to mitigate the sound. The area itself is safe and generally in a good location. I would stay here again though, you get all the comforts of home!
