Nice enough rooms! Kitchen setup a plus for family’s. We had 2 rooms and they couldn’t manage to get us connecting rooms which is annoying. The pillows are absolute trash!

Centrally located in a safe area ideal for families or the business traveler. Nice bars and restaurants nearby with plenty of things to do and see. I would certainly stay again. Only issue I had was the bar and restaurant have been closed since 2021 but this wasn’t made clear before I booked.

overall good experience. just spent night in Hamburg, Location might not be ideal if you wanted to shop downtown as a bit of a walk. Also had to wait a bit for them to refilll hot breakfast portions in the morning, but tasted good. Wife and kids liked their dinners, maybe I just had bad luck with the tuna, but I could have cooked it just as good at home
