Vienna House Easy Berlin

Very nice hotel, convenient location near S and tram station, pharmacy and supermarket. Spacious room for a family of four. Only thing i missed was a mini fridge in the room.

This was a nice affordable option for my family of four. The room had a fold out couch and full sized bed. The service was excellent and they were very kind to accommodate our early arrival. The location is less than a block away from the train and tram for an easy 15 minute tram ride to Alexander Platz. Tasty pastries available in the lobby.

We visited Berlin as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers) and stayed at this lovely hotel where all the staff are extremely polite, friendly, professional and helpful! The people on the front desk were very welcoming and were able to help whenever we had a question. The room was much bigger than we expected and everything was so clean! Our bed was very comfortable and the bathroom, although a little small, was perfectly adequate. The only thing that was a slight negative is that we were expecting 2 single beds for the teenagers but it was a sofa bed instead and was not comfortable at all (I've never found a sofa bed that is) which was a shame as we did SO much walking during the day, it would have been nice for them to get a comfortable night's sleep. Housekeeping came and cleaned the room every 2 days, those that we saw always had a cheerful greeting for us and did a lovely job. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice - literally something for everyone - and all the food was very tasty. A very good selection of cooked and cold meats, eggs, toast, fruit, yoghurt, cereal, pastries, juice, teas, coffee etc. Brenda, in the breakfast restaurant, always had a smile for all the guests. There is a tram literally around the corner and it only takes about 13 minutes to get to Alexanderplatz with great transport connexions. We never waited more than a few minutes for a tram or a train. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel and would definitely stay here again if we go

We visited with 3 little kids (6, 3, and 1 YO) and booked a surprisingly spacious lounge room. The hotel is kid-friendly as they have a kid's area in the restaurant and in the lobby, too. Although the hotel is next to a busy intersection it was adequately quiet. The beds were comfy as well, we had a great time
