Stayed with family and the family room was nice and spacious. The kids had their own bathroom.

We stayed as a family for 3 nights, really enjoyed swimming pool. Had an excellent breakfast, plenty of choice. Very close to Berlin Zoo and Hop on hop off bus just around the corner.

Very impressed by the decoration and location of the hotel, close to Berlin Zoo, and there are restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. We traveled with a 4 year old kid, while booking the hotel we mentioned a 3rd bed is needed. When we entered the room, the sofa bed is already well prepared. I enjoyed watching all the art pieces in the hotel, also enjoyed the comfortable bed and pillows. There are different types of pillows to choose from, which is great for a picky sleeper like myself. The breakfast is also very good, various options to satisfy yourself. All the staff are very kind and friendly. A great hotel to stay and relax (with spa) after exploring Berlin, highly recommended!

We had 4 nights here, great facilities and well adapted for families. The rooms are well maintained and comfortable, comfy bed and good air con. The pool/spa area is excellent and kept the kids entertained in the evening after a day of exploring Berlin. Breakfast had plenty of choices for all demands. Location is good, 10 mins walk to various food choices, about 30 mins walk away from main attractions, close to the big park for a nice stroll.

Our stay at the hotel was really good except for the wifi in the room, my wife and kids would have to camp outside our rooms to get good wifi signal. When i relayed this to the front desk people they sent someone from engineering who insisted that the wifi was fine, that was the annoying part coz why would we complain about having no wifi if there was. So i told him he should try staying in the room longer to really find out if the wifi was working or not.
